I've been in the trenches at growing and changing organizations, solving problems, figuring things out, making tough decisions, and driving positive change.

My consulting often focuses on organizational systems–policies, processes, strategies–critical tools for upending structural differences in power and exclusionary practices based on race, gender, socio-economic status or other factors. I approach partnerships with humility, a listening ear and a commitment to advance equity.
