For over three decades, I've had the privilege of serving in leadership roles in the social sector. I've learned how to navigate the complexities of organizations effectively. I've been in the trenches at growing and changing organizations, solving problems, figuring things out, making tough decisions, and driving positive change.

I offer knowledge or opinions and do very concrete tasks at the appropriate time, but I always have an eye to individual and organizational learning and growth that will outlast my engagement.
