    • Led organizational budget process and creating a template for future years

    • Worked with new accounting firm to revise and correct financial statements

    • Worked with committees of the Board to develop budget assumptions and budget buy-in

    • Developed and implemented HR policies related to compensation practices

  • Provided Chief of Staff services to a $2M environmental advocacy organization launching out of fiscal sponsorship.
